Gary Loveman was elected to Coach's Board of Directors in January 2002. Mr. Loveman has served as Chairman of Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. since January 2005 and as its Chief Executive Officer and President since January 2003; he had served as President of Harrah's since April 2001 and as Chief Operating Officer of Harrah's since May 1998. He was a member of the three-executive Office of the President of Harrah's from May 1999 to April 2001 and was Executive Vice President from May 1998 to May 1999. From 1989 to 1998, Mr. Loveman was Associate Professor of Business Administration, Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, where his responsibilities included teaching M.B.A. and executive education students, research and publishing in the field of service management, and consulting and advising large service companies. Mr. Loveman also serves as a Director of Harrah's. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Wesleyan University and a Ph.D. in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
