Gary Lefebvre brings more than 30 years of experienced leadership in the non-profit human services sector. Having been an executive with Unicentrics 2nd customer, Gary also brings 5 years of experience with our system solutions, a unique perspective on how to leverage our products in improving service quality, outcomes, and operating efficiency. Gary began his career as a grassroots community and political organizer where he was active in the areas of education, healthcare access, and behavioral health. His work resulted in new access to health care services for economically dislocated families, strong self-help and advocacy/support groups for families of people with disabilities, and empowered and responsible social service consumers who collectively improved the services and systems that impact their lives. For more than 20 years, Gary has worked in consultation, management, and executive roles in community-based health and behavioral health care provider organizations, where he designed and implemented new operations and management information systems, coordinated IT infrastructure and security projects, produced effective organizational performance measurement systems, and created innovative consumer-centered service delivery models. Gary holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. |
