Mr. Kolstad was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company as of June 1 2006. He has more than twenty years of experience in the industry and was with Schlumberger Ltd. (an oilfield service provider) from 1985-2006 serving in numerous domestic and international leadership positions in operations as well as marketing and sales. Mr. Kolstad recently held positions with Schlumberger as Vice President Oilfield Services - U.S. Onshore and Vice President Global Accounts. Mr. Kolstad was elected to the Board of Directors in 2006. |
