Gary Hourihan is an Executive Vice President and President, Leadership Development Solutions, for Korn/Ferry International, responsible for overseeing global operations and strategy for the firm's Leadership Development Solutions business and related products and processes. Mr. Hourihan is also a member of the firm's Global Operating Committee and has previously served as Korn/Ferry's Executive Vice President of Organizational Development. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Hourihan was Founder, Chairman and CEO of SCA Consulting, one of the world's leading management consulting firms, which was recently acquired by William M. Mercer Inc. Prior to forming SCA, he was a partner and vice president at the international consulting firm of Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He is a member of the 100 Club of Los Angeles and a member of the board of the Pasadena Pops Orchestra. He also has been a guest instructor at UCLA's Anderson School of Business and USC's Marshall School of Business. He has a BA from Princeton University, an MBA from the University of Chicago and a License en Economique Applique from the University of Louvain, Belgium. |
