Gary Holland is Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Merced Systems. He has 10 years of experience leading sales organizations in enterprise application software companies, primarily in the contact center solutions market. Most recently, Holland was the Sales Director at QPC, the sole distributor for IEX TotalView workforce management and eTalk Qfiniti quality monitoring solutions. Prior to QPC, he was Sales Director at Datapoint - an Avaya partner, selling telecommunications solutions to contact centers. During his career, Holland has also held key leadership positions within the EMEA region at Primus Knowledge Solutions (now ART Technology), Interact Commerce (now Sage) and Scopus Technology (now Oracle).Holland holds an Honors Degree in Business Studies and a Masters Degree in Information Technology from the University of Teesside. |
