Gary Gunderson is responsible for developing global food service and retail programs for 26,000 MBNA employees. This includes Cafes, Catering, Day Care, Retail and Vending operations. He also oversees management of MBNA's Deerfield Golf and Tennis club. The department serves 17,000 meals daily in 66 units. Gary is an active member and Past President of the Society for Food Management (SFM). In 1994, he received SFM's prestigious "Lifetime Achievement" award. He is also a member of both the National and Delaware Restaurant Associations. |
