Dr. Gary Fromm has a distinguished career as a business leader, scholar, scientist, author, and government consultant. Serving as a Director to Sky Capital Enterprises, he is also the Chairman of IDC Financial Publishing, a Director of Neoterik, and the President of American Technologies Group. Dr. Fromm is the Founder and President of Investment Intelligence Systems Corporation and Co-Founder of Data Resources. He has contributed his extensive scientific know-how while working in engineering at General Electric and General Motors. Dr. Fromm has been a key consultant to various U.S. governmental agencies including the U.S. Congress, the Office of Management and Budget, the Department of State, and the Federal Aviation Administration, among others. He has held teaching and research posts at the world's leading academic institutions including M.I.T., Harvard University, The American University, Brookings Institution, National Bureau of Economic Research, and Stanford Research Institute. He has also lectured at universities, research institutes, and governmental agencies in over a dozen other countries. Dr. Fromm has authored or edited eleven books and over 100 articles, notes and reviews in scientific journals. Dr. Fromm holds several degrees including a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University, an A.M. in Economics from Harvard University, an M.S. in Industrial Management from M.I.T., and a B.M.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
