Gary has been building and managing customer service operations since 1991, with a focus on delivering support for online businesses. He is currently charged with ensuring outstanding customer service and technology support for our growing customer base, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support for all acquired customers.
Prior to joining Endurance in the spring of 2002, Gary was a founding member of the internet based support organization, eSupportNow, providing multi-channel customer care and data analysis. Managing through explosive growth in the online support industry, he set strategy and direction for a team of over 200, at 4 global locations, ensuring outstanding service delivery to some of the industry's leading eCommerce sites. Before that, Gary served on the integration team at NSTAR, defining the goals and strategies for merger of Boston Edison and Commonwealth Energy. Gary holds his BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. |
