Mr. Duty is an experienced healthcare industry executive with over 20 years of experience in the institutional pharmacy industry. He is co-founder and former partner of Brown & Duty Inc., which owned and or managed four institutional pharmacies in Western Pennsylvania. He was a partner in HPS, a western Pennsylvania based institutional pharmacy that was acquired by Gatti LTC Services Inc., in 1990. He was instrumental in the success of Gatti LTC Services Inc., as it grew to service over 25,000 beds in Pennsylvania and contiguous areas. Mr. Duty served in various marketing and operating capacities as a Gatti LTC executive and subsequently served in similar roles with American Medserve and Omnicare. He has extensive experience with the complex customer acquisition process that characterize the marketing of pharmacy services to the long-term care industry as well as the mechanics of compliance with regulatory standards. Mr. Duty is a 1981 graduate of Temple University School of Pharmacy and is a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists. |
