Gary Cuccio is currently the Executive Chairman of Openet Telecom, a leading provider of real-time charging and convergent mediation solutions. Prior to Openet, Gary was CEO of Advanced TelCom Group, a competitive telecom provider in California and the Pacific Northwest, and CEO of LHS Group, a NASDAQ-listed global software company. Gary has been involved in the telecommunications industry for over thirty years, holding senior management and board positions with leading public and private corporations, including Airtouch, Omnipoint and Pacific Bell. Gary was previously a Vice President and General Manager of Pacific Bell overseeing 2,500 staff in operations and sales, and subsequently held CEO, President or COO roles with Airtouch Europe, Airtouch Paging, Belgacom Mobile, LHS Group, and Phaethon Communications. Gary received a B.A. in Political Science from Cal State University at Los Angeles, an M.B.A. from St. Mary's College and attended the Harvard University's Advanced Management Program.
