Gary Cooper practices corporate law. He has significant experience in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, often with an international component. Gary has advised clients in many sectors including financial services, telecommunications, energy and life sciences.
During his career, Gary has had secondments with ICI and CNBC.

Advised Monsanto Company and its subsidiaries on the disposal to RAGT Génétique S.A. of its European wheat and barley seed business.
Advised Green Property in its sale of its UK portfolio (comprising 90 properties) to Burford Holdings.
Acting for easynet Group plc in the acquisition of Wirehub! Internet B.V., a leading player in the Dutch market for broadband IP access and services for business.
Acting for GE Power Systems on its acquisition of the pipeline integrity services business, PII Group Ltd.
Acting for AMP on a £200 million IT outsourcing agreement for AMP's UK operations.
