As Executive Vice President of Construction, Gary E. Berger is responsible for overseeing all construction activities at Sunrise Company including home building, offsite, land development, golf course and club facilities construction. During his career, he has been responsible for the land development and construction of nine golf course-oriented master-planned communities and has constructed more than 12,000 homes, 11 championship golf courses and six clubhouses. In the 35 years since he joined Sunrise Company, Mr. Berger has held numerous management positions within the company ranging from Construction Superintendent to President of Sunrise’s construction subsidiary. He has overseen purchasing, contract writing, field construction, home construction, engineering, landscape architecture and customer service.
