Gary W. Borchart is the Vice President of Sales for ELT and has been with the company since it first began producing online courseware in 1999. He has worked in the sales management industry for over 20 years. Gary has been instrumental in bringing ELT's state-of-the-art legal compliance programs to the business community. He has established sales procedures and market strategies, and formulated a "total solution" sales presentation for all ELT clients. Gary leads day-to-day business development for the growth of ELT's existing client relationships as well as the addition of new ELT clients. Through his sales management activities, Gary also brings client feedback and experience to ELT's Production and Client Services Departments. This process ensures that ELT's programs and operational procedures reflect the best practices from real world, successful client deployments. Prior to joining ELT, Gary managed sales, marketing and operations in several markets throughout the U.S. for Bally Total Fitness. He is a Business Administration graduate of California Polytechnic University. Gary is a member of the Professionals Network Group, Inc., a network of more than 600 leading professionals, whose firms represent clients ranging from local owner-operated businesses to global, multi-billion dollar companies. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). |
