Gary Zussman is a principal in the Commercial Finance Group with more than 20 years of experience representing banks and financial institutions in documenting, negotiating and closing loan transactions, such as refinancings, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. The majority of Mr. Zussman's clients are asset-based and cash-flow lenders who typically service middle market borrowers, with average transactions ranging from $10 million to $100 million. Mr. Zussman has experience in securing all types of collateral, such as intellectual property, agricultural products, licensed inventory and investment property. He has represented financial institutions that finance various types of industries, including retail, manufacturing, health care products, trucking, beverage and gaming. In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Zussman also works with the firm's bankruptcy lawyers on loan workouts.
