For a major precious metals mining company, performed an assessment of the procurement function, identifying process and organizational capability gaps compared with best practices as well as a supporting business case and implementation plan.
For a major manufacturer of specialty chemicals, performed an assessment of the current logistics management structure and spend management across a variety of divisions, recommended improvements and led the implementation of the transformation effort including organization design and implementation. Achieve targeted savings of $40+M annually.
