Lt Gen McKissock has been a member of Sapient’s Board since 2003 and currently is Chairman of its Compensation Committee.
McKissock serves as an Executive Fellow at the Institute for Defense and Business at the University of North Carolina Graduate School of Business.
McKissock retired from the Marine Corps in November 2002, where he last served as the Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics. McKissock was responsible for establishing and leading the largest forwarded deployed logistics base in the history of the Marine Corps for Desert Storm/Desert Shield. He also spearheaded a program that served as a model for the Department of Defense Logistics Modernization.
During his 36-year military career, McKissock commanded Marines at the Platoon, Company, Battalion, Regiment and Major Command level. His combat service also included two tours of duty in Vietnam. |
