Gary N. Wilner has been a Director of the Company since December 2002 and Chairman of the Board of Directors since March 2006. He retired from the practice of medicine in January 2005 having been an Academic and Consultative Cardiologist for the past 30 years.
Dr. Wilner serves as a Trustee of the Oakmark Family of Funds. He has had prior service as a Director of the American Heart Association Albert Einstein Peace Prize Foundation as well as various local Public School Boards.
