Mr. Larson joined the Company in April 1991 as Chief Financial Officer and was elected Vice President of Finance in February 1992. From 1986 to 1990 he served as Chief Financial Officer and from 1988 to 1990 also as President and Chief Operating Officer of Nanometrics Incorporated a manufacturer of measurement and inspection equipment for the semiconductor industry. Mr. Larson received a B.S. in Mathematics/Finance from Harvey Mudd College.
