Gary is responsible for leading the Company's accounting finance information technology real estate investor relations and corporate communications functions.
He successfully guided the Company though its initial public offering in October 2004. Huron is a public company traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "HURN". During his tenure with the Company Huron has grown from revenues of $35.1 M in 2002 to $288.6 M in 2006.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron Gary served as the Chief Financial Officer for PrimeCo Wireless Communications where he was a member of the executive committee and reported to the Chairman. As Chief Financial Officer he was responsible for finance and accounting as well as the human resources and legal functions for this $200 M provider of wireless communications services.
Previously Gary served as Chief Financial Officer and served on the executive committee for Morningstar Inc. a globally recognized provider of investment information and services to the individual and institutional marketplace.
During his career Gary has held various senior management positions during the high growth period for the telecommunications and cable television industries with 360 Communications Company Sprint Corporation and Centel Corporation. Experiences with these companies included senior leadership positions in finance information technology engineering and mergers and acquisitions as well as experience taking two companies public. Gary began his career in professional services with Deloitte & Touche.
