Gary Nemer has a broad commercial practice in all aspects of corporate finance law including credit restructuring, dispute resolution, settlement structuring, and transactional corporate and real estate matters. Representative matters have included the restructuring of a $50 million real estate obligation, participation in long term lease renegotiations, structuring multi-borrower/multi-state credit facilities, consulting on business issues regarding bank operations issues, supervising litigation in connection with a multi-million dollar scheme and recovery of $20 million diverted from a financial institution.
Mr. Nemer is a former Chief Financial Officer of the Firm and served on the Executive Committee from 1990-2000. He has also served as Corporate Counsel and acting CEO of a high-tech telecommunications company.
Mr. Nemer received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School.
