Gary Lidiak, Senior Vice President, joined Strunk & Associates with fourteen years of senior operations experience specializing in financial institution operations and information systems. His consulting activities include financial administration, implementation of operations and data processing systems for depository institutions and procedural compliance reviews. While at NationsBank and it's predecessors, he managed computer system conversions, operation consolidations and operational evaluation and improvement strategies. Mr. Lidiak was instrumental in the design and implementation of back-office balancing programs and customer balance reporting systems. He was responsible for the design and management of a quality assurance department that provided client support and the development and implementation of internal operational audit reviews for procedural compliance. Mr. Lidiak has formal training and experience in project team management, process evaluation and operational contingency planning.
