Gary Klein is a Partner with CTPartners, the global executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. He is a key member of the Technology, Media & Telecom Practice based in New York. Klein has an extensive background in executive search with a focus on global media, entertainment and the convergence space. Over the past 17 years, Gary has conducted well over 500 searches for CEO’s, COO’s, CFO’s and the functional heads for the full range of line operating and staff positions. His searches have been for clients in the U.S., Europe, the Pacific Rim, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Russia. Prior to joining CTPartners, Klein was Vice President and Managing Director of Cook Associates, where he directed their Global Media, Entertainment and Communications Practice and oversaw the New York office operations. Previously, Klein was Managing Director at A.T. Kearney and Johnson, Smith & Knisely. In addition to his extensive search experience, Klein served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at John Blair and Company (a television, radio, Hispanic broadcasting, syndication and publishing company) and as Vice President of Human Resources for Teleprompter Corporation whose divisions included cable television, Muzak, Showtime and Filmation Associates. Klein is a graduate of American University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resources. |
