Gary recently joined Prime Communications and is responsible for the company's contractual and legal functions. He has a broad range of experience which includes commercial transaction structuring, mergers and acquisitions, borrowing and lending and partnership matters. Before joining Prime, Gary was Of Counsel to a major international law firm where he advised clients in connection with sophisticated business transactions. He began his career with the federal government in Washington, D.C., and practiced with a Wall Street law firm before relocating to Houston in 1980. Gary holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law in New York City and is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas and New York. |
