H. Gary Pannell practices in the areas of federal bank regulation and corporate law. He was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University. He received his law degree from the University of Virginia. He earned an M.B.A. from Georgia State University and is a graduate of The Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Pannell was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1967, and the Georgia State Bar in 2003.
