Mr. Burger has been with the firm since 1985 and a partner since 1991. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Burger was a Captain in the U.S. Army JAGC and was an Assistant U.S. Attorney. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Claremont Men's College in 1985 and his law degree from Arizona State University, College of Law in 1978. Mr. Burger concentrates his practice on insurance law, construction, personal injury, and civil rights law. He is a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa Superior Court and is admitted to practice in Arizona and the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals.
