Mr. Hibbs is the Regional Executive Director for Erickson Retirement Communities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is responsible for the daily operations at Cedar Crest in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, and he provides supervisory support for the operation of other communities in his region.Prior to joining Erickson, Mr. Hibbs served as administrator of Wellington Manor, a long-term care facility in Ohio, and he practiced law with the Senior Citizen Law Project in Prince George’s County, Maryland.Mr. Hibbs has an M.S.W. and a J.D. from the University of Maryland at Baltimore, and he is a certified L.G.S.W. He received his nursing home administrator license while working with Global Health Management. |
