PRACTICE AREAS
Business Litigation
Gary Ansel focuses his practice on representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation involving business disputes, class actions, contract claims and antitrust matters. Mr. Ansel's litigation experience extends to representing bankruptcy trustees in suits to recover assets on behalf of bankruptcy estates, an arena where the rules and nuances differ from litigation in state and federal trial courts.
