Gary C. Rawlinson has practiced in Norman since 1968. He was a partner in the Norman firm of Luttrell, Pendarvis and Rawlinson, which firm merged with Crowe & Dunlevy in 1991 creating the Norman office. He has a varied practice concentrating primarily on real estate, business and commercial transactions and trusts and estates issues. Mr. Rawlinson is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and has served as a special lecturer and adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law in addition to being active in bar and community service. Mr. Rawlinson's clients include residential and multi-family real estate developers, property management companies, real estate agencies, mortgage lenders, national firms having a presence in Oklahoma and local businesses of varying sizes, including many having significant business interests outside the State of Oklahoma. Mr. Rawlinson has also served on the Board of Directors of and been General Counsel to a publicly traded company headquartered in Oklahoma. |
