Gary A. Bornstein is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department with a broad commercial practice.
Recent matters include cross-border M&A litigation in support of a multi-billion-dollar acquisition; a five-week contract and trade secret trial for a plaintiff medical device manufacturer; complex securities and ERISA litigation in federal and state courts across the country; defenses of a media company in an insurance action and a consumer goods manufacturer in a RICO action; multiple FCPA investigations; and various antitrust, fiduciary duty and other transaction-related advice and litigation.
Gary was born in Merrick, New York. He first joined the Firm as a summer associate in 1996. Gary returned to join the legal staff in 1998 and became a partner in 2005.
