Gary Powell is a member of the Business and Tax Practice Groups in the Springfield, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. He concentrates in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, taxation, and estate planning.
Within the business law area, Gary handles all aspects of commercial and real estate transactions, corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. He also works extensively with employee stock ownership plans and like-kind exchanges. Within the area of estate planning, Gary works extensively with family businesses and succession planning. Gary frequently lectures on estate and succession planning, employee stock ownership plans, like-kind exchanges, and other aspects of business and tax law.
After graduation from New York University, Gary returned to Springfield and joined the firm of Farrington & Curtis. He later joined the firm when the attorneys of Farrington & Curtis joined Husch.
