Garen Staglin has been involved in transaction processing and financial services companies for over 30 years. He has been a director of public and private companies and participated in many venture and LBO transactions. Most recently he was President and CEO of eONE Global LP, an emerging payments company funded by FDC and iFormation Group. He is on the Board of ExlService and Global Document Solutions, both FTVentures portfolio companies as well as Solera, Inc. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Cambridge Business School. Formerly, Garen was Chairman and CEO of Safelite Glass Corp. Prior to Safelite he was a Corporate VP and Group President of ADP. Garen holds a B.S. in engineering from UCLA and M.B.A. from Stanford. He and his wife, Shari, live in Rutherford, California and have two children. Together they own and operate the acclaimed Staglin Family Vineyard. |
