Mr. Gajendra K. Patni, Non-Executive Director, is one of the founders of the Company.
He has contributed significantly in the past to the growth of the computer rental business of Patni, which led to the formation of PCS Data Products (PCSDP) in 1981, and PCS Data General (PCSDG) in 1987. These companies were merged, in 1994, to form what is now PCS Technology Limited. Mr. Patni is a Joint Managing Director of PCS Technology Limited. Previously he was the Managing Director of Industrial Oxygen Company Limited.
Mr. Patni is a Chemical Engineer from IIT, Delhi and has over 35 years of experience in finance, banking, legal and personnel functions. |
