As Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Gail Rissler serves as McDonald Bradley's Strategic Management Executive leading and implementing company growth initiatives, strategic plans, communications, and marketing strategies. Ms. Rissler leads and executes strategic business growth through organic business capture and mergers and acquisitions. Her responsibilities include defining, evaluating, and driving enterprise marketing strategies across McDonald Bradley's Business Units with focus on large opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Ms. Rissler began her career working for the Department of the Army and transferred to private industry to lead technology implementation for large-scale Defense and Civilian programs. Prior to joining McDonald Bradley in 1995, Ms. Rissler worked for Centech Group, Inc., Statistica Inc., and Advanced Technology, Inc.
Ms. Rissler has more than 25 years of managerial, technical and analytical experience in systems design, development, and implementation. She holds a B.S.P.A. in Public Financial Management and Management Administration and a M.P.A. in Public Financial Management from Indiana University. She is the Women in Technology (WIT) Vice Chair for Technology and serves on industry and community boards including the Board of Directors for the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and the Board of Trustees for the Fairfax County Adult and Community Education Training and Scholarship foundation. She is also a board member and regular panelist for the annual PM Summit conference speaking on large program risk reduction and program management. |
