Gail Partlow works with attorneys within the corporate law practice group, and assists attorneys with corporate-related projects in the real estate and estate-planning practice groups. She is responsible for drafting and filing documents for the formation and organization of corporations and limited liability companies; preparing and filing UCC financing statements; assisting with closing documents for major transactions; and creating and updating stock, option and warrant registers. She also prepares and files documents for dissolutions, mergers, conversions, foreign qualifications and withdrawals, assumed name certificates, liquor license applications, LLP registrations, certificates of limited partnership, and amendments to articles of incorporation and articles of organization, in addition to preparing documentation for stock transfers and resolutions to update minute books.
