Experience:
Gail Saracco works primarily on corporate and securities matters. She represents fund sponsors in the formation of a variety of open and closed end funds and represents investors in private equity and real estate funds. She also represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporations in joint venture transactions, including equity investments in start-up enterprises.
Gail is also involved in the firm’s administration, as a member of the Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, the Women’s Initiatives Committee and the Pro Bono Committee. In 2006 and 2008, she was selected as an "Illinois Super Lawyer."
