As Senior Vice President of Human Resources Gail Lebel is responsible for ICT Group’s HR management functions on a worldwide basis. Ms. Lebel brings more than 15 years of senior-level HR leadership and strategic management experience to her post at ICT Group having previously served as regional director of human resources for Cendant Canada Inc. where she managed a multi-functional HR team. Formerly Ms. Lebel served as the director of human resources for St. Thomas University where she advised the senior management and staff on HR management issues. She also lectured at the undergraduate and graduate level in human resource topics at the University of New Brunswick. Ms. Lebel obtained a Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of New Brunswick. She has also received designation of Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR) the Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and is currently pursuing Six Sigma Certification training. |
