Gail A. Graham has served as a member of the Board of Directors since October 2002. Ms. Graham has served as the General Manager of Mississippi Market Natural Foods Cooperative a consumer owned and controlled cooperative in St. Paul Minnesota since October 1999. From August 1986 until October 1999 Ms. Graham served as General Manager of Seward Co-op Grocery & Deli one of the oldest community-owned natural food stores in Minneapolis Minnesota. Ms. Graham served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Blooming Prairie Cooperative Warehouse from November 1994 to October 1998 and November 2000 to October 2002. Ms. Graham was the Chair of the Board of Directors of Blooming Prairie Cooperative Warehouse from November 1998 until October 2000. Ms. Graham resigned from the Board of Directors of Blooming Prairie Cooperative Warehouse in October 2002 concurrent with her appointment to the Company’s Board of Directors. Committees
