Gagan was VP of Sales and CEO of an offshore business process outsourcing company focused on call center outsourcing services with operations in India. Gagan assembled the management team, raised over $8.5 million in financing and grew the company to 1200 people serving clients like Citigroup, Merrill Lynch and Sovereign Bank. Prior to that, Gagan was a consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s hi-tech and telecom practice advising clients on matters of strategy, operations and technology implementation. Gagan holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B. Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. |
