Gabriella Colantoni serves as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Los Angeles, California office. She is also Managing Director of DHR’s Media and Entertainment Specialty Practice. Prior to joining DHR International, Ms. Colantoni was a Principal with the headquarters office of Korn/Ferry International in Los Angeles for four years. She assisted clients in the merging worlds of media, entertainment, technology and consumer goods and services. She has successfully recruited for most functions, including CEOs, COOs, heads of marketing, sales, finance and human resources. Her primary clients have included Fortune 500 organizations, as well as start-up and fast-growth companies. Ms. Colantoni’s expertise ranges from the converging media sector to the traditional entertainment industry. Prior to beginning her career in executive recruiting, Ms. Colantoni held a variety of marketing and public relations positions both domestically and internationally. She also served as Vice President of Global Campus Recruiting for Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. Ms. Colantoni holds a BS in political science from the University of California at San Diego. She is a member of the Executive Committee of DHR International, and serves as a board member for Junior Achievement. She is also a member of the Board of Visitors for Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.
