Mr. Oancea has led the development effort of ObjectSpark and is the cornerstone of the engineering group, with over 20 years experience with distributed computing and database interface methodology. Mr. Oancea is the author of FireStar's granted patents for object persistence and mapping. He has also authored books covering the utilization of popular object-based languages and numerous conference proceedings. Prior to joining FireStar Software, Mr. Oancea was Chief Architect at ONTOS. He has held senior technical and management positions at Dictaphone Corporation, the Government of Ontario, and Unitel Communications. Mr. Oancea holds a M.S. in Engineering from the University of Bucharest and has completed graduate work toward a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Toronto. |
