Gabriel Daniel is a Patent Agent and Legal Intern at Kenyon & Kenyon. His focus is patent law concentrating on prosecution of patent applications, due diligence, freedom to operate, discovery, and claim amendments. He also provides assistance to lead counsels in patent litigation matters.
Prior to his present position, Mr. Daniel worked for over thirteen years at leading companies in the semiconductor industry, gaining a broad knowledge of Silicon Valley technologies. He was a Packaging Engineer at AMD, a Product Engineer at Lattice Semiconductor, a Device Development Engineer at Philips, a Senior Digital Design Engineer at the DRAM Research Alliance between IBM and Infineon, a core member of a fiber-optics startup, and a Senior Analog Design Engineer at LeCroy Corporation.
Mr. Daniel has expertise in Digital, Analog, and Mixed Signal IC Design in CMOS, Bipolar, and BiCMOS technology. He has authored and co-authored a dozen technical papers in the IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, ISSCC Digest of Technical Papers, and other engineering research publications. He has twenty-five inventions and patents in Digital, DRAM, and Analog Design.
Mr. Daniel has an MSEE Degree in Device Physics and VLSI Design from San Jose State University, San Jose, California. |
