Gabriel ("Gabe") Holloway is an associate in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s intellectual property/information technology practice group. He has a diverse practice that includes patent litigation, technology transfers, and technology and intellectual property licensing. Gabe also counsels clients on a variety of issues including technology policies, intellectual property matters, privacy issues and legislative compliance.
His background in computer science and information technology allows Gabe to understand the technology and business drivers underlying both litigation and transactions in this area. Gabe’s non-legal experience includes software development with C++, C, Java, IDL and Python in Windows, Mac OS and UNIX environments.
