Mr. Chan joined Swing Media in August 2001 as Chief Financial Officer and was subsequently appointed as Director on May 19, 2003 . On September 1, 2004 , Mr. Chan converted to a non executive director. He is also the sole proprietor of Dominic K. F. Chan & Co, Certified Public Accountants and is a Non-Executive Director of Superior Fastening Technology Limited, a company listed on the SGX-SESDAQ. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and also holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and a Master degree in Accounting from the City University of Hong Kong and the University of Southern Queensland , Australia respectively. Mr. Chan is a member of the CPA Australia and an associate member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants. |
