Fritz Fröhlich. Born 1942. Elected as a member of Equant’s Supervisory Board as an independent director on February 19 2003 for an indefinite term. From 1998 to April 2004 he was Deputy Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Akzo Nobel NV. He is also a Supervisory Board member of DRAKA NV Amsterdam Netherlands Allianz Nederland Groep NV Rotterdam Netherlands Gamma Holding NV Helmond Netherlands and the Randstad Holding NV Diemen Netherlands and ASML Veldhoven Netherlands.
