Fritz is a commercial litigator with a focus on business disputes and securities litigation. Fritz is also a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Investigations practice. He has represented officers and directors of public companies in securities fraud and shareholder derivative actions, helped clients respond to SEC investigations and also has defended clients in federal criminal matters, including securities fraud violations and copyright infringement. He has experience in all aspects of complex litigation including mediation, arbitration, trial and appeals. Fritz is a member of the American and Cleveland Bar Associations. He is co-author of The Benefits of Booker for Cooperating Defendants, Business Crimes Bulletin (June 2005). Formerly at Katten Muchin Rosenman in Chicago, Fritz joined Calfee in 2006. |
