As Director of Human Resources at C I Host, Freyja is responsible for the day to day management of the corporate offices as well as the maintaining and administering all the HR functions for our 190 plus employees. Ms Haak has a strong business background with an expertise in both Accounting and Human Resources. Her experience also includes more than 10 years of payroll management as well as active involvement in various non-profit, social service organizations within the DFW metroplex.
Her primary focus within her position is serving the role as the conscience of her employer with respect to people issues utilizing her skills in problem solving, mediation and arbitration. She also acts as facilitator for orientation and data management of new employees. In addition, her responsibilities include a supportive role as financial assistant to the CFO. |
