Fredrik Nyborg was born in Sweden and raised in France and the United States. He has over 20 years of hospitality experience and holds a hotel management degree from LŽEcole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland. Fredrik has held numerous positions in Food and Beverage and Management around the globe spanning Europe, Asia/Pacific, North America and the Caribbean with various notable four and five-star hotel companies. He is fluent in English, Swedish, French and continues to study the Japanese language. He is a member of La Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs. Fredrik is passionate about people and looks forward to guiding them into the proper career path with ESI. Fredrik is married to his Japanese wife Rie and they have a daughter Alexis. They enjoy traveling, experiencing new cultures, and playing competitive tennis.
