Fredric S. Burak, CPA, is a Partner at Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP. Mr. Burak works exclusively with financial services industry clients and has particular expertise in meeting the financial management needs of investment partnerships, registered investment advisers and broker-dealers. Along with general financial reporting, tax advisory and financial management consulting services, Mr. Burak works closely with financial services clients on various financial and regulatory compliance matters. He assists investment partnerships in structuring their limited partnership agreements, and he advises them on the accounting and tax issues that affect their operations. A member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Mr. Burak is active in both the Financial Management and the Internal Audit Divisions of the Securities Industry Association. Mr. Burak received a B.S. in accounting from Queens College of the City University of New York. |
