Background: Fritz is shareholder with the law firm of Hale Lane where he practices primarily corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and related transactions. While he practices primarily in the Reno office, Fritz also spends time in both the Las Vegas and Carson City offices to assist clients of the firm throughout the state.Experience Fritz specializes in mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings and other corporate matters. He has counseled companies of all sizes on a variety of issues including entity formation, corporate compliance, operational issues, and capital financing. Before joining Hale Lane, Fritz began his law career as a law clerk for Chief Judge Howard D. McKibben of the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and practiced at a large, international law firm in Chicago. Education and Professional Affiliations Fritz received his Bachelor of Arts in both International Relations and Communications and Social Science from the University of Southern California. Fritz obtained his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from DePaul University School of Law, where he was an editor of the DePaul Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.
