Dr. Zuspan served as a director of the Company since the formation of the Company through the merger of Healthdyne Maternity Management and Tokos Medical Corp. in March 1996 until May 2006. Dr. Zuspan previously served as a director of Healthdyne, Inc. from 1993 until March 1996.
Dr. Zuspan, who has been a physician since 1951, is Professor and Chairman Emeritus for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He has been Emeritus Editor of the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2003, where he has also been editor-in-chief since 1991 and editor since 1969. Previously, Dr. Zuspan was Professor of the Ohio State University College of Medicine from 1987 to 1991 and Professor and Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the same school from 1975 to 1987.
He also was Professor and Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine from 1966 to 1975 and at the Medical College of Georgia from 1960 to 1966.
